No email arrives
1. Check spam/junk. 2. Add noreply@postingpal.app to safe senders. 3. Try Email link sign-in instead — same email box, different sender filter often passes. 4. If still nothing, write to info@postingpal.app from the email you used to sign up. We can confirm whether the account exists.
2FA device lost
Use a backup code from the list you saved when 2FA was set up. Lost the backup codes too → email info@postingpal.app from the account email; we'll verify identity and disable 2FA.
"Account disabled"
Either you deleted the account or it was flagged for abuse. Email info@postingpal.app to clarify.
