Cancelling Plus, refunds, what happens to data
Cancel anytime. Plus stays active until period end. Items are kept; you just can't add new ones past 25.
I upgraded but I still see free-plan limits
The server applies your new plan instantly; the browser may show cached old limits. Hard-refresh fixes it.

Deleting your account and exporting first
Deletion is immediate and permanent. Export CSV (always) and PDF (Plus) first.
Who can see my data?
Your inventory is private. Only your collaborators, organizations you've shared with, and you can read it.
Recovering a deleted item from Trash
Deleted items stay in Trash for 30 days. After that, they are gone permanently.

Does PostingPal work offline?
No. Photos, AI, and saves all need internet. Browsing already-loaded items works briefly.
Photos won't upload or appear blurry
Most photo issues come from huge file sizes, slow networks, or HEIC/WebP edge cases. Quick fixes here.
Sign-in problems and email-link fallback
Most sign-in issues are wrong password, blocked email, or 2FA. Email-link sign-in bypasses passwords entirely.
