How to cancel
Open Account → Billing → Cancel Plus. Confirmation is one tap. You can keep using Plus features until the end of the paid period; the next renewal does not happen.
Refunds
- Cancel inside the 14-day trial → never charged.
- Cancel within 7 days of a renewal → email info@postingpal.app and we issue a refund.
- After 7 days → no refund, but no further charges either.
What happens to your data
Nothing is deleted. Your items, photos, and history stay. After the period ends:
- You can still view and edit every item.
- You cannot add new items once you exceed 25.
- The insurance-claim PDF becomes unavailable to generate (existing PDFs in Reports → History remain downloadable for 30 days).
- Shared inventories become read-only.
