Account deletion is immediate. Items, photos, sale page, sharing invites, and audit log are removed and cannot be restored — not by you and not by support.
Export everything first
1. Reports → CSV — saves your inventory (every plan). 2. Reports → Insurance-claim PDF — if you have Plus. 3. Open each item with photos you care about and save the images manually (they are not in the CSV). 4. Keep a copy somewhere outside PostingPal.
Then delete
Account → More → Delete account. Type your email to confirm. The deletion completes immediately.
