Open Reports → CSV export. The file includes every active item with: description, category, quantity, unit price (original and replacement), line totals, shipping tag, FSD code (HHE / UAB / LTSA), purchase date, serial number, and date added.
- Photos are not in the CSV. Use the PDF or open each item.
- Values are always CAD.
- Trashed items are excluded.
- The header row is bilingual (EN / FR) so the same file is readable by both insurers and BGRS/Sirva.
