Viewer
- Can browse every item and photo.
- Can run CSV and PDF exports.
- Cannot add, edit, or delete.
Use for an insurance broker or a relocation coordinator who only needs to read.
Collaborator
- Everything a viewer can do.
- Can add new items, edit any item, move items to Trash, and restore from Trash.
- Cannot empty the Trash permanently or change billing — those stay with the owner.
Use for a spouse, partner, or trusted family member working through the inventory with you.
You can change a collaborator's role at any time from Account → More → Sharing.
