How to invite
Open Account → More → Sharing → Invite collaborator. Enter their email, pick a role, send. They get a one-time link valid for 14 days.
What they see
Once they accept, the shared inventory shows up in their Inventory screen alongside any inventories they already own. They can switch between inventories from the top of the screen.
Limits
- Sharing is a Plus feature on the owner's side. The collaborator does not need Plus to view or edit.
- Up to 4 collaborators per inventory.
- Only the owner can change billing, transfer ownership, or empty the Trash permanently.
Revoking access
On the same sharing screen, tap a collaborator and Remove. Their access disappears immediately on their next page load.
