Organizations (e.g. a Foreign Service relocation team) have their own dashboard where coordinators see every inventory their employees have explicitly shared.
How to share
Open Account → More → Share with my organization. Pick the organization from the list, choose whether they can export your inventory as CSV/PDF, and confirm. You can revoke access anytime.
What organizations cannot do
- They cannot add, edit, or delete your items.
- They cannot see inventories you have not shared.
- They cannot change your billing or password.
Seats
Sharing an inventory with an organization does not use a paid seat. Seats are for the organization's own staff (admins and coordinators). Assigned-employee shares are unlimited and free for the organization.
