Where to find Pal
Open Help Center (top-right life-buoy icon). Pal sits at the top of the page above the article list.
What Pal can do
- Answer how-to questions ("how do I import a spreadsheet?", "where is the FSD code in the CSV?").
- Point you to the right help article and quote the relevant bit.
- Help with sales/info questions about the Free plan and Passport.
- Walk you through basic IT fixes (hard refresh, sign-out/in, browser cache).
What Pal won't do
- Make changes to your account or inventory.
- See your items or photos.
- Process payments or refunds — those go through support.
Privacy & memory
Each signed-in user has their own Pal conversation. It resets after 7 days of inactivity. Transcripts are kept short and used only to improve Pal's answers.
When Pal hands off
If your question needs a human (refund, account access, data issue, anything Pal isn't confident about), it hands the conversation to support@postingpal.app. You'll see a clear "Send to support" button — one tap and the team takes over by email.
