PostingPal turns photos of your belongings into a claim-ready household inventory. Most people are productive within ten minutes. Here is the shortest path.
1. Create your account
Sign up with email, Google, or Apple. Email accounts verify with a one-time link. The free plan starts immediately — no credit card.
2. Choose how to start
On first launch you'll see two big buttons:
- Start setup opens a short wizard (destination, posting date, household size) that personalizes the dashboard and shipping-tag suggestions.
- Explore with sample data loads eight example items so you can try every feature instantly. Sample data auto-deletes after 60 minutes — none of it touches your real inventory.
You can also Skip for now and go straight to an empty dashboard.
3. Add your first 5 items
Tap the big + in the bottom nav, then Photo. The AI fills in the description, category, and estimated value. Edit anything before tapping Save. Repeat four more times.
4. Open the dashboard
You'll see Claim-pack readiness (a percentage that grows as your inventory gets more complete), totals for items / insured value / weight, and quick links to share, import, and generate a PDF.
5. Export to see what insurers receive
Tap Reports → CSV for the spreadsheet your insurer or BGRS/Sirva expects. On Plus, also download the Insurance-claim PDF to see the polished version.
