Symptoms and fixes
- Spinner stuck > 30s → switch from cellular to Wi-Fi, or tap Retry. PostingPal resizes photos client-side, but very large originals (> 25 MB) can stall the resize on older devices.
- "Unsupported format" error → save the photo as JPEG and try again. HEIC works on most browsers but a few older ones fail.
- Blurry preview after upload → the preview shows a fast small version; the full-quality original is stored. The PDF and full-screen view use the high-quality version.
- Photo rotated wrong → tap the photo, Rotate to fix. Some cameras drop EXIF orientation when sharing.
- All my photos disappeared → log out and back in, then Account → Hard refresh. If still missing, contact info@postingpal.app — we keep server-side backups for 30 days.
