How it works
After your shipment lands, open the Post-arrival card on the dashboard. Each shipment leg (hand carry, air, sea, diplomatic pouch) shows its own checklist. Tap a leg to walk through its items and mark each one:
- Received OK — nothing to do.
- Damaged — prompts for a quick description and photo evidence (camera or upload).
- Missing — prompts for a short note.
One-tap claim from the checklist
When you finish a leg with damaged or missing items, the File insurance claim button opens the claim flow pre-filled with just those items — damage descriptions and photos already attached. Review and submit, no double entry.
Start it any time
If your shipment lands earlier than expected, or your departure date isn't set, use Start arrival checklist now on the dashboard to unlock it manually.
What "leg" means
Legs are the shipping modes you actually use on this posting (UAB, HHE, hand carry, diplomatic pouch, private storage). PostingPal suggests expected arrival dates from your departure (sea +45 days, air +7, pouch +14, hand carry same day) — adjust per leg if your mover gives you a real ETA.
