How it works
After your shipment lands, open the Post-arrival card on the dashboard and choose a shipment. Search by name, model or serial number; use All, Unchecked or Issues to narrow the list.
- Flag Damaged or Missing immediately. Open Notes & photos when you are ready to document the issue.
- Unchecked items are not automatically recorded as received. Choose Confirm everything else arrived OK and review the shipment and exact item count before confirming. Existing issues stay unchanged, even when you have filtered the list.
- Undo confirmation restores items from the most recent bulk confirmation to unchecked during this visit, without overwriting later corrections.
- Return to All to change any item's status, even after completion. Saved notes and photos are preserved when you correct a status.
Prepare a claim from the checklist
Prepare claim is available whenever there are damaged or missing items, even before unpacking is complete. It opens the claim with the latest saved issues and notes, plus available damage photos. Missing items are classified as loss, not damage. Resolved issues are excluded. Review the details before generating a report; existing reports remain snapshots and are not changed by later corrections.
Claim PDFs show the preparation date automatically, not proof of submission to the insurer. Arrival claims record the incident date as unknown in transit. Before generating, optionally recalculate selected replacement values in CAD (one AI suggestion per item, including failed attempts), review or edit the proposals, then accept or discard them. Accepted values apply only to this claim; inventory values and older PDFs remain unchanged.
Damage and missing-item notes save automatically while you work and when you leave the text field. An internet connection is required; if saving fails, keep the page open and retry before leaving.

What "leg" means
Legs are the shipping modes you actually use on this posting (UAB, HHE, hand carry, diplomatic pouch, private storage). PostingPal suggests expected arrival dates from your departure (sea +45 days, air +7, pouch +14, hand carry same day) — adjust per leg if your mover gives you a real ETA.
