The card at the top of the dashboard has four checks, each worth 25%:
- Photos for high-value items: every item worth $200 or more has a photo, or its photo was skipped with a reason.
- Values entered: every item has an original price.
- Shipping tags: every item has a shipping tag.
- Posting linked: your inventory is linked to a relocation.
The button under the score takes you to the next thing to fix.
Can't take a photo of an item?
In the photo list, tap Skip this item and pick a reason: already packed or shipped, you have a receipt or appraisal instead, or it isn't worth photographing. The item stops counting against your score. The item's page shows the reason, and you can undo it anytime. If the item's value later rises by more than 25%, the reminder comes back.
A photo taken before shipping can't be replaced by a photo of the damage later, so take one whenever you can.
You do not need 100% to file a claim. Aim for 100% before a posting.
