What the claim-pack readiness % means

A composite score: items have photos, values, categories, and tags. 100% means an insurer can read your pack with no follow-ups.

Updated 2026-06-03

The percentage on top of the dashboard is the share of your items that pass every one of these checks:

  • Has at least one photo.
  • Has a non-zero replacement value.
  • Has a category set.
  • Has a shipping tag set (if you have a destination defined).
  • Was reviewed in the last 12 months (controlled by the refresh reminder).

Tapping the card lists items that failed each check, with one-tap shortcuts to fix them.

You do not need 100% to file a claim. Many real-world claims succeed at 60–80%. Aim for 100% before a posting; aim for 80% the rest of the year.
