Signature for PDF reports

Save a personal signature once; it's stamped on every page of manifests and on the declaration page of insurance-claim PDFs.

Updated 2026-06-16

Why add a signature

Movers, customs agents, GAC missions, and insurers all expect a signed declaration. Saving a signature once means every PDF you generate is ready to send, without a print–sign–scan round trip.

How to add yours

1. Open My account or the Reports page and tap Add signature. 2. Sign on a clean sheet of white paper with a dark pen. Snap a photo with the in-app camera. 3. We run an AI cleanup (10–20 seconds) that lifts the ink off the paper — no shadows, no grey background. If the AI struggles, we fall back to a classical cleanup; you can switch between the two with one tap. 4. Review the result and tap Save. Re-do it any time.

Where it shows up

  • Shipment manifest PDF — on every page, beside a printed name and the date.
  • Full inventory printout — same: signature line on every page.
  • Insurance-claim PDF — on the declaration page near the total.
  • A blank "Signature: ___ Date: ___" line is also printed so anyone can wet-sign on paper if needed.

Privacy

The signature image is optional, stored privately, and encrypted at rest. Only you (and any inventory collaborator generating a PDF for you) can use it. You can replace or delete it at any time from My account → Signature.
