What counts as one AI call
- One photo → suggested description, category, value (counts as 1).
- One multi-scan of a whole scene (counts as 1, regardless of how many items it finds).
- One Write ad copy generation on the sale screen (counts as 1).
- One Fill blanks or Audit prices run on the import screen (counts as 1 per row processed).
- One Suggest sale price request (counts as 1).
What does not count
- Editing an item manually after the AI suggestion.
- Generating a PDF or CSV export.
- Loading sample data.
- Sharing your inventory with a collaborator.
When the counter resets
On the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC. The badge in the top bar shows your remaining calls.
If you run out
The AI buttons stay visible but show "Limit reached" until the next reset. You can keep adding items manually or upgrade to Plus for a 10× increase in your monthly cap. If you upgraded but still see the old limit, see the hard-refresh article.
