I upgraded but I still see free-plan limits

The server applies your new plan instantly; the browser may show cached old limits. Hard-refresh fixes it.

Open Account → Profile → Hard refresh. It empties the browser cache for PostingPal and reloads fresh data from the server, including your subscription status and AI quota.

  • Your items, photos, and history are not affected.
  • You'll be asked to sign in again on this device.

If the limits still look wrong after a hard refresh: 1. Check Account → Billing — does it show "Plus active"? 2. If yes but the app shows free-plan caps, contact info@postingpal.app with a screenshot. This is usually a payment-webhook delay we can fix in minutes.
